How do I book a visit?
From the property listing, under “Book a visit”: five one-tap questions and your WhatsApp.
What happens after I book?
We message you on WhatsApp within 2 business hours to confirm the day and send you the exact location.
Can I buy if I live in another city?
Yes. You book on WhatsApp, visit on the day you choose and we coordinate the rest with the broker.
Why can't I see the exact location?
We send it when you book the visit, so you arrive with a broker who knows the land.
Do the properties have water and power?
Every listing shows the real status of water, power and access. Anything not confirmed says “to be confirmed”.
What do “available” and “to be confirmed” mean?
Available: it can be connected, with paperwork or works. To be confirmed: we don't know yet, and we never assume.
Can I ask for more photos or a video?
Yes. Message us with the property code and we'll send you what we have.
Who shows me the land?
A Chiloé real estate broker who knows the land, the area and its paperwork.
Which documents are checked before buying?
